Marcy Borganelli

Marcy was born and raised in Prentiss, MS. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and then worked in banking from 1981-1998. Her knowledge and experience in the financial services industry made for an easy transition to wealth management when she was hired by Merrill Lynch in 1999. A few years later, Marcy joined Smith Barney as a client relationship manager where she first met Buddy. In 2008, Buddy made the decision to form Southern Securities Group, LLC, and Marcy was happy to partner with him in his endeavor. She played a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and helping Buddy establish and grow the business as it is today. Marcy is licensed to sell Life, Health and Accident insurance in Mississippi and also holds a Series 7 securities license.

Marcy is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising at Versus, and being outdoors. She is the proud mother of Jennifer, Cade and Alex.
